CapitaLand Investment's China Workforce Down by 10% in 2025

CapitaLand Investment's (SGX:9CI) workforce in China dropped by around 10% in 2025, with the real estate firm impacted by an industry crisis in the region, according to the company's sustainability report published late Saturday.

The company's headcount shrunk to 9,542 employees in 2025, compared with 10,158 in the prior period.
