CapitaLand Investment (SGX:9CI) closed its CapitaLand Asia Pacific Credit Program II (ACP II), securing $320 million in total equity commitments, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
This was the company's second regional fund under its real estate series and adds around $600 million to its funds under management.
