CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Signs Lease Agreement with City Energy

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (SGX:C38U) signed a lease agreement with City Energy for units at The Atrium@Orchard, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The lease runs for a period of two years, commencing from Oct. 13, with total rent of SG$996,814, and no option to renew.

City Energy is an associate of Temasek Holdings, a controlling unitholder of the trust.

The renewal will provide the trust with stable income and maintain occupancy amid asset enhancement works planned for 2026 and 2027.
