CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) completed the acquisition of a modern ramp-up logistics property in Singapore, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The industrial and logistics REIT used an additional SG$82.2 million of the gross proceeds from an earlier equity fund raising, to partially finance the acquisition.
The trust had earlier disclosed the SG$133.9 million purchase.
