CACI International Likely to See Strong H2 in Fiscal 2027, Truist Says

By

CACI International's (CACI) fiscal Q4 results demonstrate "good visibility" into a potentially strong H2 of fiscal 2027, Truist Securities said Thursday.

Truist pointed to a 29% year-over-year increase in funded backlog, as well as a jump in submitted bids under evaluation to $11 billion from $4 billion last quarter.

CACI remains Truist's top pick in the government services group after the company issued above-Street fiscal 2027 guidance, according to the note.

Truist said CACI's mix shift toward higher-margin mission technology work, including electronic warfare and space, supports its case for a premium multiple, and cited the recent ARKA acquisition's role in winning a classified counter-space contract as an early sign of the deal's value.

Truist reiterated a buy rating and $800 price target.
