C Sun Mfg's (TPE:2467) subsidiary, Suzhou Top Creation Machines has agreed to acquire plant facility engineering for NT$820 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The acquisition was made from Wujiang Meiyan Construction Engineering for operational use.
