Broncus Terminates HK$327 Million Share Subscription Agreement

Broncus (HKG:2216) terminated subscription agreements signed with two investors for the proposed issuance of 105.1 million shares at HK$3.11 each, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the lung disease treatment firm were down 1% in recent trade.

The proposed subscriptions, announced in October 2025, were expected to raise net proceeds of about HK$326.5 million for potential medical device acquisitions.

Broncus said it entered into termination agreements with the subscribers, under which the subscription agreements became null and void except for confidentiality obligations.

The medical device company said the termination is not expected to have any material adverse impact on its business, operations, or financial position and will not affect its future capital operations.

Recce Pharmaceuticals Enters Proposed 10-Year Exclusive Licensing Nonbinding Agreement with Middle Eastern Firm, Shares Rise 10%

Recce Pharmaceuticals (ASX:RCE) entered into a non-binding term sheet with a Middle Eastern pharmaceutical company for a proposed 10-year exclusive licensing arrangement covering the commercial sales and distribution of Recce's proprietary R327 topical gel for the treatment of diabetic foot infections, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.The agreement covers Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, Egypt, Algeria, and Morocco. Recce will be responsible for the manufacture and supply of the R327 topical gel.The agreement is expected to include an upfront signing fee, together with milestone payments totalling up to $3.5 million. Recce is also expected to receive 30% of the net selling price, with an additional 6% annual royalty on net sales of over $50 million per year. The proposed selling price is $1,500 per treatment, subject to agreement with the regulatory authority in Saudi Arabia.The parties are collaborating to finalize and execute a definitive agreement.Its shares rose 10% in recent trading on Wednesday.

China Ruifeng Renewable Unit Acquires Land for AI Computing Center; Shares Jump 9%

China Ruifeng Renewable Energy (HKG:0527) said its wholly owned subsidiary Zhangjiakou Xingtu Intelligent Computing Technology acquired land use rights for four industrial land parcels in Zhangjiakou, Hebei province, for 84.9 million yuan, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the firm rose nearly 9% in recent trade.The land, covering about 144,840 square meters, will be used for the first phase of the company's Xuanhua artificial intelligence computing power center project.
