Broncus Holding (HKG:2216) said Monday it has canceled the share transfer agreement between its unit, Broncus China, and Max Grand, according to a same-day bourse filing.
The company said Max Grand will return the $5.5 million deposit it paid, and the cancellation will not affect its business.
Broncus shares were down 1% in afternoon trading.
