Briscoe Group (ASX:BGP, NZE:BGP) reported fiscal second-quarter sales of NZ$193.4 million, up slightly from NZ$192.9 million a year earlier and representing a third consecutive quarter of positive sales growth, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The quarterly performance brings sales for the fiscal first half ended July 26 to NZ$374.2 million, up from NZ$371.3 million a year ago, per the filing.
The company said it expects a net profit after tax for the fiscal first half ended July 26 of at least NZ$27 million. It plans to report half-year results on Sept. 16.
