Brazilian Critical Minerals (ASX:BCM) completed a public informative hearing in Apuí, Brazil, as the company advances the Ema project, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The hearing is part of the protocol being progressed with the National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform for the project's proposed activities on land within a federally controlled area, the filing said.
The company is also finalizing compensation terms for the use of the relevant federal land, per the filing.
