WCE (KLSE:WCEHB) said Bursa Malaysia Securities has approved the listing of new shares representing up to 2% of the company's issued share capital under the company's proposed Employees' Share Option Scheme (ESOS).
The approval, however, is subject to WCE and adviser UOB Kay Hian Securities complying with the exchange's listing requirements, including obtaining shareholder approval and confirming implementation details, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.
WCE will also be required to submit quarterly updates to Bursa Malaysia on shares issued under the ESOS and the related listing fees.
