Bombardier (BBD-B.TO) said Tuesday it has delivered the first Global 8000 aircraft in Africa to BUA Group, a Nigerian-based multinational company operating in diverse sectors.
"The delivery of Africa's first Global 8000 to BUA Group is a significant milestone for both organizations and a proud moment in the strong relationship we have built over the years," said Bombardier chief executive Eric Martel.
Bombardier shares closed down $0.97, to $309.52 on Monday, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
