BOCOM International Holdings Company (HKG:3329) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Preferred Investment Management, acquired $10 million of floating-rate notes due 2029 issued by CMB International Leasing Management.
The notes were purchased over the counter at par using the group's internal resources, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The financial services company said the acquisition provides a long-term investment opportunity and is expected to generate stable investment returns.
