BAIC BluePark New Energy Technology (SHA:600733) subsidiary BAIC BJEV will acquire Beiqi Foton Motor's (SHA:600166) Miyun Factory assets for 1.39 billion yuan or 1.52 billion yuan including value-added tax.
The assets include land, 62 buildings, and 315 pieces of machinery and equipment, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of BluePark New Energy and Foton Motor rose about 1% in recent trade.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
