BLS International Services (NSE:BLS, BOM:540073) has dissolved its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reired BLS International Services, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company's shares were down over 2% in Tuesday's trade.
The subsidiary was dissolved after receiving approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Infra Engineering were up nearly 2% in Tuesday's trade.The contract is for the construction of a six-lane highway corridor along with the improvement of the existing road in the Pune to Shirur section of National Highway-753F in Maharashtra, India.The project is expected to be completed in 36 months.
