Bio-Techne's Fiscal Q4 Organic Revenue Growth Consistent With Progressive Improvement Story, RBC Says

By

Bio-Techne's (TECH) fiscal Q4 organic revenue growth of 3% is consistent with the progressive improvement story reflected in management's expectation of fiscal 2027 being a roughly 6% sales growth year, RBC Capital Markets said in a Wednesday note.

RBC said that this sequential improvement lends credibility to the bridge year thesis and it is reasonable to expect the current organic trajectory to continue building from here. RBC expects fiscal 2027 sales growth of about 5%.

Additionally, Bio-Techne's 3% organic growth in the Protein Sciences segment and 8% growth in the Diagnostics & Spatial Biology segment are directionally consistent with industry peers, without standing out as either a positive or negative outlier, according to the note.

RBC further said that the Diagnostics & Spatial Biology segment's 8% organic growth adds to the narrative that spatial technology is well positioned for the future of drug development.

RBC maintained the company's sector perform rating with a $73 price target.
