Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.71.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $436.2 million, up from $383.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $430.5 million.
The company expects fiscal Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.96 to $1.00 on revenue of $432.5 million to $442.5 million. Analysts expect $0.76 and $443.1 million, respectively.
For fiscal 2027, the company expects adjusted EPS of $3.56 to $3.79 on revenue of $1.81 billion to $1.86 billion. Analysts expect $3.37 and $1.85 billion, respectively.
Shares of BILL Holdings rose over 7% in after-hours trading.
