BHI Raises Power Plant EPC Contract With Korea District Heating to KRW249 Billion

BHI (KOSDAQ:A083650) filed an amended single sales and supply contract originally submitted on Aug. 7, increasing the value to nearly 249 billion won from 243.9 billion won, in addition to a separate US$55 million portion.

The contract covers a power generation EPC construction agreement with Korea District Heating Corp., running from Aug. 21, 2024 to Dec. 1, 2028, with the company acting as the sole producer.

The total contract value comprises $55 million plus 237.9 billion won, with the fixed amount reflecting the company's equity share converted at the Aug. 21, 2024 rate of $1 to 1,332 won.

Carimin Petroleum Raises Stake in Sealink International to 25.3%

Carimin Petroleum (KLSE:CARIMIN) acquired a 5.8% stake in Sealink International (KLSE:SEALINK) for 9.9 million ringgit in cash, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The acquisition involved 29.1 million shares bought at 0.34 ringgit each, between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22.Following the acquisition, Carimin's stake in Sealink rose to 25.3% from 19.5%, making Sealink an associate company.Carimin Petroleum said the acquisition was part of its ongoing investment strategy.The deal was funded through internally generated funds and does not require shareholder or regulatory approval, the filing said.
