BeOne Medicines (ONC) voluntarily agreed with the US government to expand patient access to its cancer medicines and increase US manufacturing operations, the company said Monday.
The company said it will join a federal pricing framework that requires future products approved by the Food and Drug Administration to be priced in line with other developed markets.
Switzerland-based BeOne also reached an agreement with the US that rewards its decision to manufacture more of its medicines domestically by exempting it from certain national-security-based import tariffs.
