Beiqi Foton Motor (SHA:600166) will sell assets, including land use rights, buildings, and machinery, to BAIC BluePark New Energy Technology (SHA:600733) subsidiary Beijing Electric Vehicle, for 1.52 billion yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The sale includes land use rights for a plot of land with an area of 872,306.71 square meters, as well as factory buildings with an area of ​​435,954.53 square meters, and 315 sets of production equipment and auxiliary production equipment.
