Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Nets HK$486 Million in Hong Kong IPO Ahead of Debut

Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Technology (HKG:2553) raised HK$486.5 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The final offer price was set at HK$14.60 per H-share, according to a Tuesday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The China-based carbon capture, utilization, and storage technology company offered 40 million H-shares in the global offering.

The Hong Kong public offer was 1,421.54 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 6 million shares, representing 15% of the total offering.

The international offering was 0.95 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 34 million shares, or 85% of the total offering.

Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Technology is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday, June 3.

Tsubaki Nakashima Targets 500 Million Yen in Savings Through Restructuring, Workforce Cuts

Tsubaki Nakashima (TYO:6464) expects 500 million yen in savings from scrapping its regional business unit structure for a function-based system, with matching separation costs leaving 2026 earnings largely unaffected.The company will slash its leadership team to five from 12 and separate about 30 employees, mostly senior executives and managers, by year-end, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.The move is aimed at fixing "fragmented decision-making," Tsubaki said.The new structure, effective June 8, aims to lower labor and administrative costs, accelerate decision-making, and enhance global optimization across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Saturn Metals Raises Mineral Resource Estimate for Western Australia Gold Project

Saturn Metals (ASX:STN) said the mineral resource estimate for its Apollo Hill gold project in Western Australia now stands at 174 million tonnes at 0.5 grams per tonne grade of gold for about 2.8 million ounces, up 26% from the previous estimate of 2.2 million ounces, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The updated mineral resource follows the completion of a 367-hole extensional and in-fill drilling program, and will underpin a definitive feasibility study planned for this year, per the filing.The company said "substantial growth potential" remains at the project, with the mineralization continuing to be open in several directions and drilling still targeting near-surface and lateral extensions.
