Beijing HyperStrong Technology (SHA:688411) forecasts a 96% to 122% surge in its net attributable profit to between 620 million yuan and 700 million yuan from 315.8 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The energy storage system manufacturer expects revenue to rise 24% to 53% to between 5.60 billion yuan and 6.90 billion yuan from 4.52 billion yuan in the prior-year period.
Beijing HyperStrong attributes the growth to an expansion of its overseas business, as well as technological and commercial breakthroughs, among other factors.
Shares rose 2% during the midday break on Wednesday.
