Beijing DeepZero Technology Raises HK$465 Million in Hong Kong IPO Ahead of Debut

Beijing DeepZero Technology (HKG:2723) raised HK$465.1 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The final offer price was set at HK$55.50 per H-share, the top end of the offer price range, according to a Tuesday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Chinese AI-driven marketing technology company offered 9.1 million shares in the global offering.

The Hong Kong public offer was 5,480.23 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 906,800 shares, representing 10% of the total offering.

The international offering was 3.41 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 8.2 million shares, or 90% of the total offering.

DeepZero Technology is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday, May 27.

Indonesia's Attorney General's Office is planning to scrutinize crude palm oil exporters over alleged export price manipulation, The Jakarta Globe reported Tuesday."We are currently in the investigation stage regarding alleged manipulation or transfer pricing practices," the newswire said citing Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, director of investigations at the Attorney General's Office.The probe, which has been ongoing for a month, recently found 10 firms potentially involved in the manipulation of palm oil export transactions based on data from Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, according to the report.Purbaya has earlier reportedly said an inquiry has been ongoing for a few months and the government is waiting for findings from the Attorney General's Office and auditors regarding the suspected malpractices."I selected the 10 largest companies for examination, but in total, we have reviewed more than 15 companies. That is only in the [crude palm oil] sector.
