Beijing Creative Distribution Automation to Purchase Energy Storage Systems

Beijing Creative Distribution Automation (SHE:002350) will purchase energy storage systems from an unnamed company, according to a Thrusday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The company chose not to name the seller, citing confidentiality reasons, but said it is a "globally renowned energy storage system provider."

Beijing Creative Distribution Automation will purchase at least 200 megawatts of energy storage systems.

The two parties also signed a system purchase and sale agreement for the Valcha energy storage project in Romania.
