Beijing Creative Distribution Automation (SHE:002350) will deregister second-tier subsidiaries Foshan Chuangqu Electric Technology and Beijing Zuoandong Technology, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Chuangqu did not log a profit as of April 30, while Zuoandong logged a loss of 105.68 yuan.
The cancellations will help the company focus on its main business development, it said in the disclosure.
