Beijing Capital International Airport Plans Debenture Offering

Beijing Capital International Airport (HKG:0694) said it plans to issue short-term debentures, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The airport operator secured the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors' approval to issue short and medium-term debentures in early May.

The offering will be priced at the time of issuance, the firm said.
