BBMG Shareholders Approve 2025 Final Dividend

BBMG (HKG:2009, SHA:601992) said shareholders approved its 2025 final dividend at the company's annual general meeting on Thursday, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The cement company will pay a final dividend of 0.05 yuan per share, with holders of Hong Kong-listed shares receiving HK$0.0575 per share.

The final dividend is scheduled to be paid on or before July 31, the filing said.

Gallant Venture Secures Financing Package for Coal Power Plant; Shares Surge 8%

Gallant Venture (SGX:5IG) unit, PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala, secured financing for the development of a coal-fired power plant in Indonesia, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Shares of the developer and manager of industrial parks and resorts surged over 8% in Friday trading.The financing comprises loans of up to $900 million from several banks, with the first tranche comprising a $450 million term loan with an eight-year tenor, guaranteed by the company.Meanwhile, the subsidiary also signed an agreement with Broadwood Holding, which will subscribe to convertible bonds worth up to $683.6 million.

CIG Shanghai Completes Raises HK$1.97 Billion in Net Proceeds via Share Placement

CIG Shanghai (HKG:6166, SHA:603083) raised HK$1.98 billion in gross proceeds from the placement of 15.6 million H shares at HK$126.66 apiece, according to a Friday bourse filing in Shanghai.Net proceeds from the placement to at least six investors reached HK$1.97 billion.
