Bausch Health (BHC) is poised to report Q2 revenue of $2.73 billion and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of $948 million, compared with the Street consensus of $2.67 billion and $978 million, RBC Capital Markets said in a Tuesday note.
Key areas of focus for company's Q2 earnings include the Xifaxan patent litigation, management's view for monetizing the Bausch + Lomb (BLCO) asset to reduce RemainCo debt following the Xifaxan genericization, Solta Medical performance and margin normalization, among others, RBC said.
RBC said that it expects forex continue to influence Bausch Health and Bausch + Lomb performance in Q2, albeit to different degrees and with tailwinds moderating relative to Q1.
Bausch Health is scheduled to report its Q2 results on July 29.
RBC maintained its sector perform rating on Bausch Health with a price target of $9.
