Bathurst Resources (ASX:BRL) said its Tenas Project in British Columbia has satisfied provincial regulatory information requirements needed to progress into the Effects Assessment phase of the environmental assessment process, the final stage before receiving an Environmental Assessment Certificate, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the Effects Assessment and Recommendation phase has a timeframe of 150 days, followed by a 30-day decision phase during which two provincial ministers will determine whether to issue the certificate, with their decision and supporting rationale to be publicly released.
