Bankers Investment Trust Reports Net Asset Per Ordinary Share

Bankers Investment Trust's (NZE:BIT) unaudited net asset value was 1.62 pound sterling per share as of Sept. 4, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

This included current financial year revenue items and excluded shares held in treasury, with the net asset value per share with debt marked at fair value at 1.66 pound sterling per share, the filing added.

The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items and shares held in treasury was 1.616 pound sterling per share, with debt marked at fair value at 1.656 pound sterling per share.

Sequoia Financial Group (ASX:SEQ) former Chief Executive Garry Crole has been banned by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for 10 years from performing any function involved in carrying on a financial services business as a director or responsible manager, according to a Tuesday statement by ASIC.The regulator said Crole failed to adequately respond to serious concerns about the financial advice model used by former Interprac-authorized representatives, who advised thousands of clients to invest superannuation in the now-collapsed First Guardian and Shield Master Funds.The company did not immediately respond to anemail request for comment.
