Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS.TO) was upgraded to buy from hold at TD Securities on Wednesday.
Analyst Mario Mendonca raised his price target on shares of the Canadian bank to C$141 from C$124 following its quarterly results.
Fiscal third quarter "results were strong, reflecting better loan growth, strong capital markets-related revenue, and lower provisions for credit losses," Mendonca said in a note to clients.
