Bank of Ireland Group (BIRG.IR, BIRG.L) raised 750 million euros by issuing new green tier 2 bonds.
Priced at 130 basis points over mid swaps, the 10.5-year bonds pay a fixed coupon of 4.75%, the lender said Friday.
Davy, BofA Securities, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS served as bookrunners.
