Bank of Hangzhou (SHA:600926) said the validity of its share placement plan has expired, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The lender's shares rose 1% during Monday's morning trade.
The plan expired on July 17, 12 months after shareholders approved extending its validity.
The expiry will not affect the lender's operations or shareholders' interest, the company said.
