Bangkok Chain Hospital (BKK:BCH) has entered into a memorandum of understanding to conduct a feasibility study for a potential investment in Rajavej Ubonratchathani, operator of a private hospital named Rajavej Ubonratchathani Hospital in Thailand, according to a Monday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
The proposed investment is aimed at expanding the company's private hospital network into Ubon Ratchathani Province.
The proposed transaction is currently subject to a due diligence process covering legal, accounting, financial, tax, and operational matters, as well as negotiations on the key terms and conditions of the proposed investment.
The company expects the feasibility study to be completed within the third quarter of 2026.
