Bangkok Bank (BKK:BBL) recorded an attributable profit of 9.5 billion baht for the three months ended June 30, down 20% from 11.8 billion baht a year prior.
Earnings per share slipped to 4.98 baht from 6.20 baht in the prior-year period, according to a Tuesday Thailand bourse filing.
Net interest income fell 12% to 27.8 billion baht in the three months from 31.7 billion baht in the second quarter of 2025.
The company attributed the lower profit to a drop in net interest income and non-interest income.
In the first half of 2026, attributable profit and net interest income declined 16% and 12% to 20.5 billion baht and 55.7 billion baht in the year-ago period.
