-- Bandwidth (BAND) shares were up about 46% Thursday after the company posted higher Q1 non-GAAP net income, revenue and raised its full-year 2026 forecast.
The company reported Q1 non-GAAP net income of $0.38 per diluted share, up from $0.36 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.30.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $208.8 million, up from $174.2 million a year earlier. Analysts expected revenue of $201.6 million.
The company said it expects Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $0.35 to $0.37 on revenue of $214 million to $220 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.35 and $213.8 million, respectively.
For 2026, Bandwidth increased its full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to a range of $1.77 to $1.83 from the previous range of $1.66 to $1.74. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.75.
Revenue guidance was also raised to $880 million to $900 million from the previous range of $864 million to $884 million. Analysts expect revenue of $884 million.
