Banco BPM (BAMI.MI) launched a cash tender offer for any and all of its 500 million-euro fixed-rate social senior preferred notes, according to a Monday release.
The offer covers notes due Nov. 29, 2027, issued under the Italian bank's euro medium-term note program worth 25 billion euros, and will close on Sept. 14, 2026.
In addition, Banco BPM plans to issue new euro-denominated benchmark-size senior non-preferred notes, subject to market conditions. The new notes will be traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's regulated market.
