Bajaj Finserv (NSE:BAJAJFINSV, BOM:532978) approved the issuance of 1.51 million equity shares. aggregating 1.96 billion rupees, to the Bajaj Finserv ESOP Trust under its employee stock option scheme.
The shares, with a face value of 1 rupee each, will be issued at their respective grant prices to meet employee stock option exercises through a primary issue, according to a Friday filing on Indian bourses.
The new shares will rank pari passu with the company's existing equity shares.
