Bajaj Auto (NSE:BAJAJ-AUTO, BOM:532977) total sales increased 20% to 461,257 units in May, from 384,621 units sold a year ago, according to a Monday filing with the Indian bourses.
Domestic sales in May rose 10% year on year to 248,031 units, while exports jumped 34% to 213,226 units.
The company's two-wheeler sales in May grew 18% year-over-year to 393,204 units, while commercial vehicle sales soared 30% to 68,053 units, the filing said.
