Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings (SHA:600332) saw 16 of its drugs enter China's national essential medicines list in 2026, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Among those included in the catalog are drugs are its Xiao Chai Hu granules for digestive discomfort, which grossed 497.5 million yuan in 2025.
Baiyunshan's cefixime granules and tablets, cefixime dispersible tablets and capsules, as well as its ceftazidime injection also made it to the list.
The drug company's chloroquine, sulfadiazine, and five other drugs were removed from the list.
