Blackstone-backed Bagmane Prime Office REIT (NSE:BAGMANE, BOM:544758) opened 3.5% higher at 103.50 rupees on its trading debut on Thursday, compared with its IPO price of 100 rupees, according to BSE data.
The IPO raised about 34.05 billion rupees and comprised a fresh issue worth 23.90 billion rupees and an offer-for-sale worth 10.15 billion rupees by existing unit holders, including Blackstone, according to the company's final offer document filed with SEBI.
The IPO was subscribed 23 times, with the retail investor portion subscribed about six times, reflecting strong demand for the issue, according to a Bloomberg report.
