Baby Bunting Group (ASX:BBN) said that Chief Financial Officer Darin Hoekman will step down after more than 12 years with the company, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Hoekman will remain in the role until a successor is appointed as the board conducts an executive search, the filing added.
The company's shares fell around 6% in recent Wednesday trade.
