Axelspace Signs Deal with Exolaunch for Two New Microsatellite Launches

By

Axelspace Corp., a consolidated subsidiary of Axelspace Holdings (TYO:402A), has signed an agreement with Exolaunch GmbH to secure new launch slots for two high-resolution microsatellites as part of the AxelGlobe business.

The partnership leverages Exolaunch's extensive experience in launch mission management to address growing global demand and mitigate risks related to flexible scheduling and orbital requirements, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

With this agreement, the group has secured launch opportunities for a total of 15 satellites, including eight previously arranged under an earlier procurement deal with Exolaunch.

As of May 29, there is no capital, personal, or related-party relationship between the two companies, and the earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending May remains unchanged.
