AVIC Heavy Machinery (SHA:600765) directors approved the absorption and dissolution of subsidiary AVIC Metal Materials Physical and Chemical Testing Technology, according to a Friday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
Creditors will have the right to demand repayment of debts of up to 30 days of receipt of notification and 45 days of the publication of the notice of dissolution.
The dissolution was first announced in December 2025.
