Avenue Supermarts (NSE:DMART, BOM:540376) has opened a new store in Gujarat, India, to take its total store count to 501, according to an Indian bourse filing on Sunday.
Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in Monday's morning trade.
The supermarket chain opened the new store in Gift City, Gandhinagar.
