Avenira (ASX:AEV) started air core drilling at the Jundee project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The drilling contractor, Red Dirt Drilling, mobilized to site late last week.
The firm had previously budgeted for 11,590 meters of air core drilling in 182 drill holes on defined gold targets.
Planning is underway to undertake additional soil sampling and gravity surveys at certain tenements at the project.
