Autobio Diagnostics' Units Get Registration Certificates for Four Devices

Autobio Diagnostics' (SHA:603658) units, Zhengzhou Antu Bioengineering and Zhengzhou Biaoyuan Biotechnology, received medical device registration certificates from China's National Medical Products Administration for four devices, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The devices are the genetic sequencer SikunRapidGS 480, the mycoplasma pneumoniae antigen detection kit, the Epstein-Barr virus capsid antigen IgG antibody detection kit, which both use the magnetic particle chemiluminescence method, and the Epstein-Barr virus antibody control II.

Sequoia Financial Group (ASX:SEQ) former Chief Executive Garry Crole has been banned by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for 10 years from performing any function involved in carrying on a financial services business as a director or responsible manager, according to a Tuesday statement by ASIC.The regulator said Crole failed to adequately respond to serious concerns about the financial advice model used by former Interprac-authorized representatives, who advised thousands of clients to invest superannuation in the now-collapsed First Guardian and Shield Master Funds.The company did not immediately respond to anemail request for comment.
