Austral Resources Australia (ASX:AR1) appointed Matthew Beattie as chief financial officer, effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Beattie succeeds Angus Peterson, who will transition to general manager of finance and treasury, per the filing.
Beattie most recently served as CFO at Anson Resources (ASX:ASN), the filing added.
