AusQuest to Begin New Phase of Diamond Drilling at Peru Porphyry Copper-Gold Project

AusQuest (ASX:AQD) is set to begin a new phase of diamond drilling of over 5,000 meters at the Cangallo porphyry copper-gold project in Peru to test for higher-grade mineralization, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

It also said stage three reverse circulation drilling at the project highlighted extensive copper-gold mineralization from near surface. It encountered intercepts of 176 meters at 0.38% grade of copper and 0.07 grams per tonne grade of gold from 40 meters, as well as 236 meters at 0.3% copper and 0.08 g/t grade of gold from two meters.

Innovent Biologics Enters Licensing Agreement With Pfizer for 12 Oncology Programs

Innovent Biologics (HKG:1801) agreed to license 12 early-stage cancer therapy programs to Pfizer for an upfront payment of $650 million, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The 12 oncology programs comprise eight Innovent-originated early-stage assets and four Pfizer-proposed discovery programs.Under the agreement, Innovent will advance development of the assets through phase 1 clinical study, after which Pfizer will lead global development.In addition to the upfront payment, Innovent is eligible to receive up to $9.85 billion in milestone payments, plus royalties on products that are commercialized.

Spark New Zealand Unit Secures NZ$500 Million Bank Facility in Refinancing Deal

Spark New Zealand's (NZE:SPK, ASX:SPK) wholly owned subsidiary Spark Finance has completed a refinancing of its bank debt, establishing a new NZ$500 million committed facility to replace existing arrangements, according to a Friday New Zealand and Australian bourse filing.The facility will support general corporate funding needs following the sale of a 75% stake in its data center business in January, per the filing.The revised structure extends maturities to up to five years and preserves existing lender and bondholder undertakings along with the negative pledge provisions, the filing said.The company said the refinancing does not affect its fiscal 2026 guidance or its capital management framework, the filling added.The company's Kiwi shares were down 1% in recent Friday trade.
