Auro Lists 11 Million Shares Under First Tranche of Private Placement

Auro (KLSE:AURO) said 11.1 million shares issued under the first tranche of its private placement were listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on Monday, according to a same-day Taiwan Exchange filing.

The company said the listing forms part of its private placement of up to 10% of its total issued shares.

Claimants Withdraw Lawsuit Against PropNex's Arm
